Following your Order we try to keep the web site up to date, all items are offered for sale subject to availability. When we receive your order we will reserve the item(s) for you and send you an email confirming availability and payment details. Your item(s) will be shipped as soon as payment is received (see Payment below).

After you place an order there will be a short delay before the message "SOLD" appears next to an item on the web site. There is a small chance that another customer may order the same item during this period. In this event the item will be assigned to the first order received, and the second customer will be informed that the item is no longer available. We never request payment for items that are out of stock.

ITEMS ARE HELD AT OUR STORAGE UNIT AND WILL BE DESPATCHED FROM THERE the business address is the office for processing orders ONLY.

Shipping And Handling - prices exclude shipping. Shipping charges are added at the checkout and are based on the approximate total weight of the package, the destination and the shipping method. The shipping charge includes packaging and handling. We use recycled packaging materials wherever possible. Orders for multiple items may be split into two or more packages.

Payment - We accept the following payment methods:

UK Only - Payment in Pounds Sterling is accepted in the form of Credit and Debit Cards via Google Checkout or Paypal or a cheque drawn on a UK bank account, a UK banker's draft or building society cheque, or a Post Office postal order

Europe and the rest of the World - Credit and Debit Cards via Google Checkout or Paypal. Instructions will be sent with confirmation of order. Google Checkout and Paypal are the world's leading on line payment services and is fast and secure. We make no extra charge for the use of these services.

No other forms of payment will be accepted without prior agreement. Please DO NOT send cash by post.

Tax - We are not a tax-registered business and therefore prices do not include tax.

Privacy Policy - C for Collectables does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than carriers for delivery purposes. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders.
b. Inform customers by email, if they request, of C for Collectables offers and promotions.

Returns Policy - We want our customers to be happy! Any item may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, whatever the reason. If you are returning an item because it is not as described on our website we will also refund the shipping costs. Please email us for a returns reference number before returning anything to us.

Remittance Terms - Payment on confirmation of order. If payment is not received within 7 days of the order being placed the order will be cancelled and the items put back on sale.

Trademarks & Images - C for Collectables trademarks and images may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not C for Collectables, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits C for Collectables. All other trademarks not owned by C for Collectables that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by C for Collectables.

License & Site Access - C for Collectables grants you limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of C for Collectables. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents: any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices: any derivative use of this site or its contents: any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant: or any use of data mining, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. Item Descriptions - C for Collectables try to maintain accuracy, but may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your Account - If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. C for Collectables reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Valuations & Advice - C for Collectables shall provide a valuation service regarding the photograph of an object submitted by the Client. This service consists of giving an electronic estimate of the value of the object submitted (high and low estimate) which in C for Collectables opinion could be achieved if the object were to be sold without reserve on the open market at an auction with a reputable auctioneer after appropriate marketing and on the basis of your warranties and acknowledgements set out below (the “Valuation”) at the time the Valuation is given.

The Valuation does not take into account any sale expenses, commissions and taxes (including capital taxes, duties, excises, value added or sales tax) which might apply or become due on a sale or transport of the object. The Valuation is based upon an inspection of the photograph of the item submitted and without any physical inspection, cleaning, restoration, detailed inspection or disassembly and without any research into the item’s background. The Valuation is a statement of opinion and not fact.

C for Collectables aims to provide the Valuation within 48 hours of receipt (Monday to Friday) after the Client has submitted his request provided the Client have submitted all relevant details and information by [3]pm British standard time (B.S.T) or 48 hours from the following Working Day where all information has been submitted on or after 3pm B.S.T on a Working Day or other day.

C for Collectables gives no representation, warranty or guarantee in the Valuation in respect of an object’s origin, provenance, attribution, condition, date, age or authenticity. C for Collectables makes no representation or warranty in the Valuation that the object will realise the amount at which it is valued upon a contemporaneous or subsequent public or private sale. C for Collectables does not warrant or represent in the Valuation that the object valued is safe, functioning or fit for the purpose for which it was intended.

The Valuation shall remain the copyright of C for Collectables and shall be prepared only for the Client and is not to be used by any other person, or disclosed to any third party (other than the Client's professional advisors) or reproduced or published in any form without C for Collectables prior written consent.

The Valuation may not be used for official or formal purposes such as (without limitation) in legal proceedings, insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings, divorces cases, for insurance purposes, or anything such like.

The Client shall pay the Price for the Valuation to C for Collectables. The Client warrants that each object submitted for valuation is free from any third party interests, restrictions or claims whatsoever. The Client warrants that all material provided is owned by the Client or the Client has the right to use such material and provide it to C for Collectables. The Client indemnifies C for Collectables fully with respect to any breach of this warranty.

The Client shall provide clear and accurate photos and provide full and accurate information about the object, such as already known authenticity issues, relevant location of the object, provenance, condition, condition issues, previous sales history and any other related information, in the possession or knowledge of the Client, his agents, employees, servants, advisers or his family. Where “family” in relation to a Client for the purposes of the Conditions of Business means the spouse or civil partner of the Client (including former spouse or civil partner), siblings (including step-siblings), parents (including step-parents), and children (including step-children and adopted children) of the Client or the Client’s spouse or civil partner.

The Client acknowledges the following statement. The Valuation is an estimate that is a matter of reasonable opinion and as such opinions as to value may differ. Particular circumstances affecting the value of an individual object may not be known or foreseeable at the time of the Valuation. Values can also fluctuate as a consequence of external circumstances such as (without limitation) changes in the prevailing market conditions for the object. In addition, the preliminary nature of the valuation work carried out may mean that the identification, attribution and value of the object might be subject to change on further examination or research by experts at a later stage whether these are internal or external to C for Collectables.

C for Collectables reserves the right to refuse to provide a valuation.
